About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated  IT Specialist to provide user support and manage the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver capable of maintaining network performance, administering Windows servers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our VoIP, storage, and virtualization environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Support & Helpdesk: Provide prompt Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
• Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, and firewalls to ensure optimal connectivity and robust data security.
• Windows Server Management: Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO), including security patching and backup strategies.
• Virtualization (VMware): Administer and optimize the virtualization environment using VMware vSphere/ESXi, managing virtual machines and resource allocation.
• Storage Management (Dell EMC): Monitor and maintain Dell EMC storage solutions, overseeing capacity planning, performance tuning, and data integrity.
• VoIP Systems: Administer and maintain VoIP communication systems to ensure high-quality telephony services and seamless internal communication.

Requirements:

• Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Network Administrator, SysAdmin, or IT Support Specialist).
• Networking: Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing) and network security practices.
• Operating Systems: Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and Windows 11 troubleshooting.
• Virtualization & Storage: Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization and Dell EMC storage equipment is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective time management, and a strong user-oriented approach.
• Certifications (Plus): CCNA, VCP, or Microsoft Certified Professional certifications are considered an advantage.
