We are looking for a German-speaking IT Recruiter to join our international team. In this role, you will attract and recruit IT professionals in the German market for our clients and manage sourcing and screening activities across a wide range of IT profiles.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Source and attract German-speaking candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct in-depth phone interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and overall suitability.
  • Monitor job market trends and proactively propose appropriate recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and continuously update the internal database to ensure a strong and efficient candidate pipeline.


Your profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Very good command of both English and German (spoken and written).
  • Previous recruitment experience in the German market; experience recruiting freelance profiles is a strong advantage.
  • High level of self-discipline, autonomy, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively, combined with good organizational skills.
  • A growth mindset and high flexibility, with the ability to shift tasks and priorities as circumstances change.
  • Open to new ideas and alternative approaches.
  • Enjoy interacting with international candidates and working as part of an international team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration/ Management, or a comparable qualification.
