What you will be doing
Driving end to end hiring process
Creatively sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of channels (social media, direct sourcing, internet, employee referrals, community, job fairs, etc.).
Building extensive pipeline and selling Lenovo Lab as an employer of choice
Driving phone/face to face interviews
Working in partnership with hiring managers, HR business partner and Line of Business staffing colleagues across the company to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
Regular reporting of progress and status
Keeping updated the candidate database and prepare reports as requested by the business
Working with internal tools in order to process candidates and get information
Posting, maintaining and refreshing job requisitions to various relevant academic and professional sites
You're right for us if
You have at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
You are fluent in English
