What we are looking for:

• You’re a curious and light-hearted human who is not afraid to explore the funky world of developers, and you have at least 2 years of IT Recruitment experience;

• You’re passionate about innovation and technology, and you like to learn something new every day;

• You can juggle Job Boards and other social media to promote job opportunities and to find relevant candidates that you would like to work with;

• You are a great listener, but also you have excellent communication skills;

• You have impressive organizational skills and an energetic personality;

• You have an advanced English level, and you seek to be up to date with everything that’s going on with talent management globally.

What you’ll do:

• Learn to be responsible for a full recruitment process;

• Promote job opportunities in SOFTIA, source and attract candidates, screen resumes and job applications, and have face to face interviews;

• Onboard new people to become fully operational;

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during and after the selection process;

• Identify, head-hunt, and create a strong network with the best talents in the IT sector.
