Description

Main responsibilities

Responsible for receiving, prioritizing and coordinating IT incidents and requests from our users and processing them with the help of ticket system.
Provide mission critical response to issues through in-depth investigation and problem solving techniques
Effectively communicate and escalate issues between the business and team members in order to ensure proper handling of issues.
Issue management, liasing with the required specialists team
Track issues to resolution, updating helpdesk management system as appropriate.
Identify reoccurring issues and resolve accordingly

Qualifications

General good IT Knowledge (Microsoft environment)
Knowledge of ERP-Systems (MS Dynamcis 365 preferred)

Mandatory requirements

Several years in similar IT role (IT first level support, application support)
Administration of Windows 7 and Windows 10
Windows Server
Hardware configuration skills
Good communication skills
Proficient in written and spoken English.

Preferred capabilities

Work with ERP-Solutions (Master Data Management, Process Design)
Experience in software development
Basic networks knolwedge (sw Cisco admin), interfaces configuration (port activation, etc.)
Knowledge in working with Active Directory database or SharePoint system
