Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the initial analysis as well as the recording and classification of the requests (tickets)
  • Care of telephone, written and personal (on-site at the customer's) support inquiries
  • You are responsible for ensuring that response and processing times for support requests are adhered to
  • Solution-oriented, immediate advice on inquiries and forwarding of more extensive faults to server and network team
  • Support for PCs, laptops and printers in a client/server network environment
  • Support for end users as remote (and on-site services)
  • Maintenance of our user accounts and system access rights (. Active Directory, etc.)
  • Setup and update of documentation
  • Participation in IT projects and in further development of our IT landscape
  • Support of other IT related topics

Requirements

  • Completed vocational education as IT specialist for system integration or comparable training in the IT area
  • You have a talent for communication and enjoy supporting our customers with their concerns
  • You work independently, are performance and success-oriented and have the highest quality standards for your own work
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • IT hardware (. Desktop-PC, Notebook, Printer/MFP, Scanner, etc.)
  • Microsoft Windows and Office products (. Windows, Windows Server, Exchange, Office, etc.)

  • SAP ERP system
