- Resolves incidents reported and addressed to ICT Helpdesk team via the ticketing system, telephone or e-mail;
- Participates in projects such as: migrating users from desktop to laptop, phone replacements etc., in an active way;
- Solves other received tasks, as necessary.
- Hardware experience in: Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Telephony;
- Software experience in: MS Windows, MS Office;
- General knowledge: Active Directory, Exchange;
- Basic networking concepts;
- English: advanced level;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Support services aptitudes;
- At least 1yr experience (in a similar position is an advantage).
