Ideal candidate:

  • Resolves incidents reported and addressed to ICT Helpdesk team via the ticketing system, telephone or e-mail;
  • Participates in projects such as: migrating users from desktop to laptop, phone replacements etc., in an active way;
  • Solves other received tasks, as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Hardware experience in: Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Telephony;
  • Software experience in: MS Windows, MS Office;
  • General knowledge: Active Directory, Exchange;
  • Basic networking concepts;
  • English: advanced level;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Support services aptitudes;
  • At least 1yr experience (in a similar position is an advantage).
