Overview:

IT Coordinator is responsible for ensuring stable and efficient IT operations at the local site, coordinating and steering external service partners, and driving hands-on execution of local IT initiatives and projects. The role ensures the implementation and compliance with global IT standards, actively monitors and improves KPIs, and acts as the primary IT contact for business units to collect and prioritize demands. In addition, the position contributes to the global IT team and supports the strategic development of the company’s IT landscape.

Your Responsibilities

1. Local IT Responsibilities (approx. 90%)

Objective: Ensure a stable and efficient IT operation at the local site

• Provide end-user support (First and Second Level)
• Operate and maintain the local IT infrastructure (network, servers, clients, peripherals)
• Manage and coordinate local external IT service providers and partners
• Monitor and enforce compliance with IT security standards
• Support and lead local IT projects
• Maintain IT asset and license management
• Collaborate closely with central IT and other international sites

2. Regional IT Team (approx. 10%)

Objective: supports the strategic development of the company’s IT landscape

• Participation in the International IT  Meeting
• Joint development and definition of new global standards
• Implement NIS2 and security policies and report on them regularly
• Participation in the implementation of international projects
• Identify and assess emerging IT technologies and trends.

Your Profile

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management: end-user support, servers, networks, IT procedures and rules
• Skills related to process automation and workflow optimization represent a strong advantage
• Experience with QlikView and/or Qlik Sense is considered a plus
• Ability to extract, process and interpret data from PLC systems represents an advantage
• Experience in creating dashboards and performance reporting tools is a plus
• Skilled in managing service providers and project teams
• Solid understanding of IT security standards and best practices
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and
• Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with intercultural competence -
