We are initiating an ambitious project to implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and are assembling a dedicated (internal/international) SAP team to drive this transformation.We seek individuals committed to making a meaningful impact—professionals motivated to define robust business processes and foster innovation throughout our group.&nbsp;Your Role&nbsp;As the IT Business Application Manager for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, you will serve as the subject matter expert for our SAP ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless configuration, deployment, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of SAP solutions supporting Procurement, Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance functions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, key users, and external consultants to guarantee the effective operation of our global business applications and advance our growth objectives.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage business applications, principally the groupwide SAP system and associated platforms.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead and actively contribute to the groupwide S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation initiative.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Configure and sustain SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across various modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, FI, CO).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify and implement opportunities for process simplification and automation utilizing modern SAP capabilities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct requirements analysis and solution design; coordinate with business stakeholders (including Finance leadership, AP, Procurement, Production, Sales) to align on needs.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Document configurations and modifications while facilitating knowledge transfer within teams.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate effectively with specialist departments, Business Application Specialists, Key Users, and external consultants.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee incident and problem management, including analysis and resolution of application issues.&nbsp;Your Qualifications:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Degree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent qualifications in (business) informatics, business administration, computer science, or a related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At least 3 years’ experience with SAP, preferably with S/4HANA Public Cloud.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Expertise in one or more of the following areas is advantageous: Procurement (MM), Manufacturing (PP), or Sales (SD); familiarity with reporting and analysis tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of integration points (e.g., MRP, returns, goods movements) and proven end-user support skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Broad experience with the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of business applications, ideally within cloud and SaaS environments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication and collaborative skills across diverse international stakeholder groups.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Empathy and proficiency in engaging with various user populations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Practical experience with both agile and traditional project management methodologies.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of English required; knowledge of German is an asset.&nbsp;
