Join our dynamic team as an IT Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our procure to pay processes within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. Your expertise will help shape our business strategies and drive impactful change.

• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify and define requirements.
• Create detailed business analysis specifications, highlighting challenges and opportunities.
• Prepare 'as is' and 'to be' process maps for stakeholder engagement.
• Develop end-to-end process graphics for stakeholder communication.
• Analyze systems capabilities and verify requirements for feasibility.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
• Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure clear understanding of implementation needs by external providers.
• Contribute to the Knowledge Base with new or amended products.
• Identify synergies across projects and share updates in weekly P2P calls.

We seek candidates with over four years of experience in procure to pay processes and ERP implementations. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential. Experience in global markets is a plus.
