Works consultatively with managers to support & challenge their recruiting objectives;
Maintains excellent relationships with external partners ensuring their continued understanding of the business whilst ensuring they view the company as a key client and employer of choice, seeking to achieve win/win outcomes;
In depth knowledge of the business and its challenges, confidently interpreting this from a recruitment perspective to understand hiring managers needs and source the best talent in the external marketplace;
Understands the recruiting challenges and critical roles within the business and builds a fit for purpose pipeline of suitable candidates to ensure we are able to respond to the constant need of high quality talent;
Champions internal recruitment and promotes opportunities to staff to encourage development and retention;
Works collaboratively with the EMEA HR Team to ensure the highest quality of recruitment is delivered in line with business needs;
Proactively works to assist others in achieving the organisations objectives.
Required skills & qualifications:
Has a consultative approach and is confident enough to probe and challenge stakeholders;
A commercial mindset with a focus on direct recruitment without compromising hiring quality;
An experienced in-house recruiter who’s successfully managed end-to-end direct recruitment for roles at all levels;
Have an awareness of the recruitment challenges and able to identify opportunities & developing creative solutions which address these issues.
