About Us

IQ Med Broker de Asigurare is a specialized insurance brokerage focused on private health insurance and international medical insurance.

We help individuals and companies find the best health insurance solutions from national and international insurers such as Bupa, Cigna, Allianz and others.

We are looking for a motivated person who wants to learn how the health insurance market works and gain real experience in insurance brokerage.

What You Will Do

You will be involved in the full process of health insurance brokerage:

Preparing insurance offers

• Assist in preparing quotations for individual and corporate clients
• Compare insurance products and benefits
• Prepare summaries of coverage options

Sales support

• Assist brokers with client communication
• Follow up with clients regarding requested documents
• Update CRM with client information

Policy administration

• Help prepare insurance applications
• Track status of submitted policies with insurers
• Prepare policy documentation for clients

Client servicing

• Assist clients with policy questions
• Help process renewals and coverage changes
• Maintain client records and documentation

Requirements

• University graduate (economics, business, law or similar)
• Good communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good English skills
• Very good command of Romanian language
• Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets)
• attention to details

Nice to have:

• Interest in insurance, finance or healthcare systems
• Experience with CRM tools
• Good command of Romanian language
