SITE ENGINEER (FIT-OUT)

Job Purpose

The Site Engineer – Fit-Out is responsible for supervising and managing interior fit-out works on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

We are searching from someone in Brasov ideally for a contract collaboration for our project in the city center.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit-out activities (partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination)
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress and report to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Liaise with consultants and clients for approvals and inspections
• Ensure quality standards are met and perform site inspections
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Interior Engineering/Fit-out
• 1–5 years experience in fit-out or interior projects
• Strong knowledge of materials and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
