The Indirect sourcing - Contract Management specialist- limited duration, 24 months will manage the indirect procurement process and administer contracts associated with suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal policies, cost optimization and efficient development of contractual relationships within the project.
Core Responsibilities
· Coordinate sourcing activities for indirect procurement.
· Support RfQ processes: preparation of documentation, evaluation of bids, and recommendation of suppliers.
· Participate to the negotiation and draft commercial and service contracts with suppliers.
· Oversee the full contract lifecycle: drafting, signing, implementation, review, and renewal/closure.
· Ensure compliance of contracts with company policies, legal standards, and applicable regulations.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize needs, and support decision-making processes.
· Monitor supplier performance and manage contractual risks.
· Maintain an up-to-date supplier database including contractual terms and deadlines.
· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and supplier relationship consolidation.
· Report progress and key performance indicators to project management.
Additional Responsibilities
· Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for all sourcing and contracting activities.
· Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal functions (legal, finance, operations)
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing processes and contract management practices.
· Ensure compliance with GEV regulations, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility requirements in supplier selection and contracts.
Required Competencies
· Finance / Economics Bachelor’s degree
· Experience in procurement
· Experience in MS Office tools
· English language (medium level)
· Demonstrated ability to self-direct within defined responsibilities
· Must be a team player willing to sacrifice individual goals when needed
