Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Integrated Management System (IMS) Specialist to coordinate, maintain and continuously improve our systems in accordance with:

• ISO 9001 – Quality Management
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety

The ideal candidate holds Internal Auditor certification and has solid knowledge of environmental compliance obligations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and improve the company’s Integrated Management System.
• Plan, perform and report internal audits; support external certification audits.
• Monitor regulatory environmental requirements and ensure company compliance.
• Identify non‑conformities and drive corrective & preventive actions.
• Prepare, update and control IMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms).
• Deliver internal trainings related to IMS requirements.
• Analyze performance indicators for quality, environment and safety.
• Ensure cooperation with authorities, certification bodies and internal departments.
• Support operational teams in aligning daily activities with IMS standards.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in engineering, environment, quality or a related field.
• Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) – at least one standard required, multi‑standard preferred.
• Proven experience in implementing or maintaining ISO management systems.
• Solid understanding of environmental legislation and reporting obligations.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Advantage: experience working in industrial / production / construction environments.
