Description

 MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 

   

 

  • Generates and distributes monthly forecast for imported products
  • Places firm Purchase Orders for imports
  • Secures stocks at target levels for all intraregional and imported portfolio
  • Monitors sales vs. forecast deviations and solves supply issues related to imported products
  • Coordinates transport activities for imported products
  • Solves Customs documents problems together with supplying countries, based on Customs Authorities requests
  • Escalates import and intraregional supply shortages and supports resolution
  • Gathers data and provides input upon Innovations team request related to new sources of supply and commercial conditions
  • Supports SAP Master data creation for new supply of imported products
  • Assists in development and implementation of processes and workflow improvement initiatives in support of Operations (strategy to execution).
  • Create/update weekly and monthly metrics, measurements and compliance reporting for all supply planning KPI’s (production, materials and distribution planning).
  • Monitor performance against metrics and ensure meaningful deviation is detected early and incorporated in operation planning efforts
  • Assist with maintenance of support data, planning schedules, and documents.
  • Prepare annual proposal for purchasing containers taking into account demand and production and containers constraints
  • Monitors and optimizes the full total import FG beer stocks within agreed stock-holding standards
  • Identifies best plans to assure a proper stock level of containers in every brewery to meet production and stocks availability
  • Analyses weekly and monthly the level of containers population per breweries and pursues opportunities for optimization regarding the level of each depots
  • Prepares the weekly and monthly containers return plans in agreement with the National Production Planner and the National Distribution Centre
  • Informs on any relevant changes regarding containers stocks level, in particular  to the National Production Planner, Primary Distribution Planner and National Distribution Centre and Breweries in order to adjust accordingly the distribution plans
  • Monitors on a weekly and monthly basis the containers population evolution versus plans

  • University degree – economical/technical profile as preference
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize within multiple emergencies
  • Ability to analyze options and make best decision for optimizing supply costs
  • English – advanced writing and understanding skills in order communicate with external suppliers
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in SAP, MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook , other planning and scheduling software
