As "IMDS specialist," you are responsible for executing, coordinating, and supporting the IMDS activities in the whole Business Area.

Your main tasks are:

• IMDS process ownership for in-house IMDS;
• Define, establish and support a standardized process for the creation, validation, and submission of IMDS;
• Create and establish documents to give guidance (. how-to, guideline, handbook, checklist, etc.);
• Manage incoming IMDS requests and adhere to customer timeline;
• Evaluate in-house IMDS submissions, and follow up with internal departments to submit the correct IMDS;
• Manage the creation, validation, and submission of IMDS reports and understand each customer’s unique requirements;
• Analyze IMDS data and determine if they are acceptable under the current IMDS criteria; manage corrective action with support from material experts;
• Training of IMDS users;
• Define, establish and continuously improve the tools and methods to execute the IMDS process with a focus on efficiency and quality (. digital tools, usage of Artificial Intelligence, etc.).
