He/She has an intimate knowledge of all forms of media, including television, radio, print, out-of-home, and online.... Excellent analytical and mathematical skills enable you to review demographic data and market research to create effective media plans

Job description

  • Identifying and understanding target audiences.
  • Determining the most effective media mix to display ads.
  • Coordinating, monitoring and evaluating media campaigns and strategies.
  • They assess marketing objectives and do research to determine the most advantageous methods for using media platforms to promote those objectives
  • Run tests to determine which advertising methods are most effective and share analytic and creative feedback to refine advertising content
  • They align advertisement information with their target audience’s media habits
  • They collect data measuring key performance indicators for the success of advertising methods and adjust their media strategies to promote a more effective brand message.
  • Build and implement a digital marketing campaign to publish on a variety of outlets
  • Undertake research and analyze data using specialist industry resources
  • Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior and media habits
  • Developing effective media buying strategies
  • Negotiating ad space and time slots with various media outlets
  • Participating in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns

Skills and qualifications

A Media Planner/Media Buyer/iGaming Acquisition Expert; needs several important skills and qualifications to succeed in their job. We expect to see a good mix of soft and hard skills in candidates. The main Media Planner skills we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of a range of online media platforms and offline media such as print, TV and radio
  • Ability to use a variety of advertising analytics tools, databases and spreadsheet programs to track and manage advertising campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to network
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Effective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Broad knowledge of media channels
  • Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Reviews and measures the marketing campaigns performance, to determine if it meets the marketing goals.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (., GfK MRI, MOAT, Nielsen IMS)

  • Degree in marketing or related field required
  • Experience in iGaming, digital marketing and advertising

  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results 
  • Good at problem-solving and communication
