Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our Romania R&D Center. We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR professional to drive recruitment and manage HR operations with excellence.

Lead recruitment efforts for R&D Center positions, from job posting to offer communication, while developing local recruitment channels.
Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, contract management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and compensation schemes, ensuring compliance with Romanian labor laws.
Organize employee activities, support team integration, and maintain a positive work environment.
Maintain HR data and generate reports to aid management decisions.
Support Chinese expatriates with work permits and visa procedures.
