We’re Hiring: HSE Leader – Automotive Industry

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced HSE Leader to lead our Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives at our site in Remetea Mare.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Romanian legislation and corporate/global HSE standards.
• Ensure alignment with automotive industry norms and certifications, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and promote a proactive safety culture through training, communication, and employee involvement.
• Monitor and report HSE KPIs and ensure accurate documentation for both internal use and external audits.
• Act as a liaison with local authorities, certification bodies, and corporate HSE teams.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HSE experience, ideally in manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of Romanian HSE legislation and automotive industry safety/environmental standards.
• HSE certifications ( ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor) are a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
