TT Electronics opened its first production unit in Timisoara in 2012. Being a strategic investment for the TT Electronics corporation, we benefitted of further investments and currently have two plants in Timisoara, Transportation Sensing and Control (TT S&C) and Integrated Manufacturing Services (TT IMS).
TT S&C produces a wide range of electronic components for the automotive industry, such as acceleration pedals, sensors (fluid temperature, level and pressure etc.), LED technology modules and electronic actuators.
Responsibilities of the job:
The main focus for this role will be to support our site in the employee development process with a strong link to strengthen company culture.
The Training and Development Coordinator will coordinate the training and development programs through alignment and close collaboration with local management team
Lead communication activities/programs and updates on internal regulations
Coordinate employee well being, motivation and retention programs
Based on department skill priorities coordinate together with functional managers the learning and development needs
Create and update functional skill matrixes with the support of functional managers
Provide support to managers to identify functional skills and performance gaps
Coordinate the organizational structure and standard job descriptions
Coordinate evaluation and appraisal process
Coordinate and update annual training plan with the support of managers
Coordinate site implication in local community actions and employer branding activities
Create local HR procedures and forms acting as document control representative in HR department
Qualifications required for the job:
University degree in related field required;
2-3 years of experience in a similar job role inside HR organization;
Experience within an industrial manufacturing company would be an advantage
Solid understanding of the drivers which make a business attractive its employees
Strong interpersonal skills to act as a business partner for functional managers in order to build a strong employee motivation and retention culture
Excellent communication skills - ability to promote open communication
Ability to communicate persuasively and build relationships at all levels (peers, superiors and managers)
Proficient knowledge and computer literate on Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint,
Strong verbal and written communication in English language;
