We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to ensure consistent HR operations aligned with regional standards and Romanian legislation. This role supports a high‑performance culture and contributes to the long‑term growth of SSC Romania. The contract is fixed for one year, with the possibility of extension for an additional year.

• You will manage the personnel administration life cycle by preparing all employee-related documents in full compliance with Romanian legislation.
• HR policies, organizational updates, engagement initiatives, and legal changes will be managed by yourself while ensuring adherence of Linde employees to new frameworks and legal provisions.
• Ensure support for HR processes execution and internal audits and inspections.
• On a weekly and monthly basis, you will monitor, analyze, and report on key HR metrics while delivering requested reports from business side to support strategic decision-making
• Coordinate with payroll provider and finance department to ensure accurate monthly payroll.
• Ensure timely input of data for payroll process and responds to employee payroll-related queries and generate custom payroll reports as needed
• Administer benefits according to internal policies and the collective labor agreement.
• Manage SAP HR and also payroll system updates based on data changes in order to ensure system data accuracy
• Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, providing advice to managers on performance, behavior, and team dynamics
• Apply up‑to‑date Romanian labor law in case management and escalate complex cases to the HR Manager.
• Draft and distribute official HR updates, policy changes, and engagement communications.
• Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes

• HR experience in multinational and/or shared service environments.
• Deep understanding of Romanian labor law, HR administration.
• Experience with SAP HR and digital HR transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advanced communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across all organizational levels.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration capabilities in cross-functional and international contexts.
• Proficiency in English - C1, both spoken and written.
• Self-driven, solution-oriented, and passionate about employee experience.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities.
