HR Specialist – Egala SRL, Bucharest Office

Report to: HR Business Partner Romania

Role:

Provides operational support for personnel administration and ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies.

Experience:

• Previous experience in personnel administration and payroll; experience in hiring non-UE personnel, immigration procedures – is an advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
• Certified Human Resources Inspector qualification
• Knowledge of legislation applicable to payroll and Human Resources
• Experience working with REGES;
• Competence with the MS office suite;
• Good English language skills;
• Strong interpersonal, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;

Main responsibilities: 

• Manage the necessary employment documentation for new hires and employees (contracts/changes/terminations/suspensions) in conjunction with external provider;
• Collect, verify, organize and update company personnel records and documentation;
• Manage the archive with active/terminated personnel documents;
• Update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, and job data changes;
• Ensures all hires, changes, and terminations of contracts are registered in REGES in a timely manner
• Manage employee requests and issuance of certificates and other documents requested by employees;
• Provide guidance on payroll and labor related topics;
• Issuance of documents related to the termination of the employment contract;
• Support for generating documents specific to submissions in the IGI Portal (obtaining/extending a residence permit)
• Support for the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous development of HR processes
