Talent development
Implement employee engagement strategies such as talent systems, mentoring programs, succession planning.
Ensure that leadership development happens at an appropriate level that meets the current and future needs of their company
Collaborate with hiring managers to design training programs and to identify individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development
Manage new hire orientation and onboarding experiences for new employees to identify high potential individuals, determine work abilities, and professional support needed to engage and retain new talent.
Assist in the creation of internal company career paths
Conduct Talent Assessments by utilizing leadership development strategies, tools, and processes to identify learning needs, employee competencies talent gaps and retention risks
Focus on improving employee abilities and strengthening the skill set of the company’s existing workforce by analyzing training data and statistics
Recruitment
Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality)
Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers)
Administers job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs)
Develops pool of internal and external talents
Execution of the recruitment social media communication,
Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements
Preparation of the yearly recruitment plan and the budget
Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process
Administration of personnel
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (. record sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Revise company policies
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (. turnover rates)
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects (. help organize a job fair event)
