HR Services Administrator - 6 months contract

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated HR Services Administrator to join one of our clients, world leader in automation production.

This is a fixed-term contract position, within our HR department, with a focus on maintaining accurate HR records and providing exceptional support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting and communicating HR policies, procedures, labor laws, and internal regulations;
  • Managing the full hiring lifecycle—preparing all employment-related documentation;
  • Maintaining and updating employee records (hiring, terminations, leaves, promotions, transfers) using HR management systems;
  • Addressing employee relations matters, including workplace complaints, concerns, or policy-related inquiries;
  • Managing the full process of recovering government reimbursements for medical leaves;
  • Monitoring discrepancies and ensuring full compliance with all legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college;
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English - advanced level, French - medium level (B2) & Spanish - medium level (B2);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
