HR Payroll Specialist - 2 years contract

Location Giarmata, Romania

YOUR TASKS

• Manage, process, and maintain payroll-related data, including attendance records, leave (annual and medical), compensation, deductions, and document archiving.
• Maintain and update payroll system records related to employee benefits
• Generate, review, and distribute pay slips to employees.
• Provide employees with clear information and support regarding salary calculations and payroll-related inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc payroll reports for the management team.
• Analyze payroll data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.
• Proven experience in payroll operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
