Important mention: 

You will work only from the office (Monday-Friday, 10:00 - 18:30).  So you will not have the possibility to work from home at all. 

The contract is on a determined period (1 year) with the possibility of extension.

Tasks: 

• Managing monthly payroll for a number of estimated 100 employees (you will cooperate with external agencies)
• Handling administrative procedure (employee requests - certificates, medical leave and so on) - you will just need to redirect them to the external agencies 
• Centralizing internal files (personnel files) 
• Cooperating with the external agencies in regards to labor contracts, additional documents & more 
• Team work with the Health & Safety Department 
• Extracting various data (attendance, period of employment, active/inactive employees and so on)
• Using Huawei's internal systems 
• Participating in periodical HQ & local meetings 
• Offering new ideas and presenting new work perspectives 
• Cooperating with the internal HR Team 
• Interacting with our suppliers (from time to time)
