MarturFompak International is hiring HR Manager. The HR Manager will play a critical leadership role in shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, driving talent initiatives, and supporting business leaders in achieving organizational goals. This role requires a hands-on leader with experience managing HR operations in a large, complex environment.

 Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of 2,500+ employees
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational goals
  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
  • Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention strategies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs in coordination with leadership
  • Support audits, reporting, and HR analytics to inform decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR in an HR leadership or managerial role
  • Proven experience working in a large organization (1,000+ employees); automotive or manufacturing experience is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Experience leading HR projects, systems, and process improvements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
