HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Advisor, Global HR Information Systems is responsible for work activities associated with SuccessFactors Employee Central module & specific system related configuration experience. In support of all regions, the Advisor, Global HR Information Systems will:
Collaborate with HRO data resources to ensure accuracy of data changes
Capture business requirements for Leave of absence, picklist management, Business rules, Workflows and create functional specification & design document by converting functional requirements to technical spec.
Leads User acceptance Testing & functional Unit testing/integration testing with IT
Tests the solution through Test plan, Test strategy and positive and negative tests.
Administer HR systems security requirements provisioning and audit
Approve sensitive reporting and data requests from Outsourced vendor
Execute all compliance and 404 SOX requirements
Implement any changes in rules, policies or practices in the HR Systems and other related knowledge management content
