  What we are looking for

• Good knowledge of HR processes and Romanian labor legislation;
• Certified HR Inspector (mandatory);
• Experience in recruitment and/or training projects;
• Strong communication, advisory and problem-solving skills;
• Independent, organized and proactive mindset.
• Higher education degree (Economics, Law, Psychology, Human Resources  or related fields);
• English language skills – minimum intermediate level;
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Job Description

• Recruitment and selection of personnel;
• Administration of personnel files;
• Timekeeping and attendance tracking;
• Supporting onboarding and employee integration.
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of labor legislation;
• Monitoring the annual performance evaluations and supporting involved parties;
• Collaborating with HR service providers (admin & payroll, occupational medicine, OHS & emergency services, etc.);
• Proposing actions for employee motivation and retention.
• Supporting administrative activities related to migrant workers
• Contributing to the set-up and structuring of internal administrative and HR processes as the company grows.
• Providing support in HR projects carried out at company level;

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in building and supporting our HR and administrative processes:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities
• Administer and maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
• Track timekeeping and attendance records accurately
• Support onboarding and integration of new employees
• Ensure compliance with Romanian labor legislation and internal policies
• Monitor the annual performance evaluation process and provide support to involved parties
• Collaborate with external HR service providers (payroll & administration, occupational medicine, OHS & emergency services, etc.)
• Propose and support initiatives that enhance employee motivation and retention
• Provide administrative support related to migrant worker processes
• Contribute to setting up and structuring HR and administrative processes as the company grows
• Support company-wide HR projects and organizational initiatives
