Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services. Description The primary responsibility for this position is to provide HR support to HR Business Partners supporting the BNY Mellon business. Focus on service delivery in respect of day to day issues and routine employment relations cases/projects. - Engages in discussions with local HR BP on organisational challenges/issues - Supports development of core business processes - Plays an active role in supporting change, undertaking facilitation of small-scale change implementation - Builds strong relationships with local business groups - Regarded as a team player - Supports junior employees in understanding decision making process Summary Employee Relations • Manage Flexible Working requests. • Assist the business with general queries and staffing issues, advising on policy, legislation and processes. • Deals with employee relations issues in accordance with legislative requirements including disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence and the Performance Improvement Process. • Supports HR Business Partners on complex ER issues, TUPE projects and redundancies, managing the process as required. • Manage the relocation process in collaboration with the Global Mobility team. • Administration of Long Term Disability cases liaising with the Benefits team and external parties as required. • Minute taking, letter drafting and investigation support as required. Payroll / Compensation • Assists with the processing of ad hoc employee payments as required including obtaining relevant approvals. • Ensures all tracking systems are maintained as required. • Assists the business with the Performance Management and annual salary review process. • Ensures that all quarterly sales bonus payments are submitted correctly to the US/UK/International payroll (where applicable) in a timely manner. • Participates in the annual salary survey process in collaboration with the HR Business Partners and line managers. Reporting • Assist with compilation of bespoke reporting. • Work with HR Business Partners on trend analysis and potential remedial action Recruitment • Assist with Permanent recruitment as required. General • Responds to non-routine queries from employees/managers as required. • Conducts exit interviews for grade J and above employees. • Reviews paperwork as required in respect of new employee offer packs, contracts and contractual changes. Project related • Provide support to HR colleagues in respect of corporate Initiatives as required. • Assist with audits as required. • Support HR projects as required.
