By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way, in Bucharest, Brasov, Iasi, or Cluj.

Employee Focus Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted single point of contact for employees;
• Provide employee guidance as part of employee s career experience, to foster appropriate expectations and help bridge cultural gaps;
• Provide employee support during the entire process of connecting people to projects, helping people to identify best internal roles, based on their interest and aspirations;
• Initiate and drive, one on one career discussions with employees;
• Provide a highly inclusive, truly human, Career Experience;
• Accountable to address issues related to career development, engagement, compensation, training, performance achievement performance counselling;
• Help employees navigate the organization and provide advice about broader performance and career goals;
• Assist the HRP Lead and Business on specific reports and special projects locally or globally driven.

Process and Business Support Responsibilities:

• Act as HR Coaches during the Performance cycle following the global process;
• Liaise with Employee Relations, Legal and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices;
• Work with business leaders to identify and propose the right talent for development programs;
• Identify the business needs for special projects driven by the group s particularities and needs engagement, attrition, change management etc.
• Intermediate proficiency in Employee Relations;
• Beginner proficiency in Staffing;
• Intermediate proficiency in Inclusion and Diversity.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR(HR Partner/Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Specialist, HR Operations Manager/Lead, HR Coordinator);
• Advanced level of Italian (B2-C1) and intermediate level of English (B2);
• Bachelor's degree is required;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;
• Proven expertise in end-to-end talent management processes.
