Draws up reports that include HR information, according to the manager requests;
Identifies the training needs;
Requests the training opportunities;
Manages the training activities;
Updates the competency matrix;
Provides support in drafting job descriptions;
Proactively identifies the possible improvements regarding the concerned processes, proposing alternative solutions and providing support for its implementation (if validated).
The ideal candidate:
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in HR;
Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook;
Ability to work with different HR projects at the same time, to evaluate priorities;
Ability to advise employees;
The ability to apply labor relations laws and regulations;
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook;
Good team worker, capable to work transversally, to build relationships across departments and functions;
Experience in working in the industrial environment;
Experience in payroll & admin – is a plus.
