Reporting to HRSS process Lead, located in Romania

Critical skills required: English B2 proficiency, good understanding of the overall Human Resources process, ability to work under pressure, MS Excel and payroll experience will be an advantage.



Main responsibilities:

  1. Benefits related activities: enrolment, de-enrolment, communication with benefit vendor and Central Procurement team, employee queries, meeting statutory requirements, validation of invoiced services as per the contractual agreement signed with the vendors.
  2. Management of employee records (establishing various types of certificates for the employee, follow-up of long illness), replying to various questions from the employee, ensuring delivery on time inputs
  3. Update the standard operating procedures and the process map in accordance with the changes requested by the client and according to the changes which occur from a legislative point of view;
  4. Prioritizes accordingly the requests he/she receives from team leader in order to meet the accuracy criteria as per the SLAs made known at the department level;
  5. Contributes proactively to the constant improvement and standardization of existing processes;
  6. Offers other team members support for continuous improvement of the processes and the implementation of the proposed solutions. Offers support or suitable training to new team members
  7. At the request of the supervisor (Team Leader), performs or reports on the progress achieved by himself/ herself of any related to the country/ countries for which its offered support;
  8. He/ she is able to provide back-up support to other team members in the absence of some of them;
