As a Group Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic projects across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with our group objectives and fostering collaboration among local teams, leadership, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively seeking solutions and escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members on processes and methodologies.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals and timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related activities and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure proper allocation and utilization of resources across projects.
  • Contribute to the development of PMO guidelines, templates, and frameworks to promote consistency.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation for transparency and accountability.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG industry-related processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Native speaking in Croatian, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Polish is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with PMO frameworks and global project management methodologies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
