Your scope:
· Leading and steering strategic projects across the full project lifecycle, from business case development through transition into the operations
· Taking Responsibility for achieving project objectives in terms of scope, timeline, budget, quality and strategic impact
· Planning, structuring and implementing complex projects in accordance with company-wide PM governance, standards and gate processes
· Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, including milestones, dependencies, resource planning and action tracking
· Identifying, assessing and managing project risks with timely escalation of critical deviations
· Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, business units, management, finance and additional stakeholders
· Coordinating internal and external project contributors within a matrix organisation
· Working with Controlling: to develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses and scenario calculations to support management decision-making
· Monitoring budgets continuously, ensuring accurate forecasting at project level
· Providing regular status, risk and decision reporting to steering committees, senior management and the executive board
· Preparing executive-ready presentations and decision documents, particularly in MS PowerPoint, for top management and board level audiences
· Ensuring complete and transparent project documentation in alignment with PMO guidelines
· Promoting a constructive, performance-oriented project environment through communication, feedback, coaching within the project team
· Using and enhancing KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools to ensure transparent project steering
· Contributing to the ongoing development of project management standards, lessons learned, best practices within the PMO
Your qualifications:
· Completed university degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification
· Several years of professional experience as a project manager for complex projects, ideally within the automotive or industrial environment
· Proven experience in strategic or management-relevant projects, combined with confident interaction with top-management stakeholders
· Project management‑certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) is an advantage
· Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
· Strong ability to present complex topics in a structured, decision-ready manner
· High level of communication, facilitation and presentation skills
