  • Review EMEA success story nominations for completeness and dispatch to appropriate writers
  • Publish success stories received from Content Team Editor on
  • Ensure stories are properly attributed and work with team for any additional information or search issues
  • Resize customer logos and images and publish for use on success stories
  • Review look and feel of stories prior to publishing
  • Manage tasks in Global Customer Program’s RefHub (will grant access after hire)
  • Receive customer video publishing requests, ensure completeness and readiness for publishing
  • Manage weekly report of assets published on
  • Participate in staff meeting (times change too meet global team’s time zones
  • Assist in running statistical analysis of success story usage




  • Language – English necessarySecondary preferred but not mandatory 
  • Expert knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe PDF Professional
  • Some knowledge of Photoshop and inDesign preferred but not required
  • Web Analytics experience preferred but not required
  • Highly organized – the individual will be responsible for starting the publishing process for global content
  • Professional with excellent communication skills – individual will be the contact to find the status of a story in the publishing process (for GCP stakeholders, stakeholders outside of GCP, and Oracle’s writing vendors)
  • Self starter – able to work independently and suggest process changes where needed
  • Team player
