German IT Support Specialist
Entry (0-2 years), Middle (2-5 years), Senior (5-10 years), Executive (>10 years)

GERMAN LANGUAGE is OBLIGATORY
- Administration experience of MS Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts
- Troubleshoot MS Active Sync
- Proven technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications
- Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure – Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc.
- To provide technical support; answering support queries remote via phone, ServivceNow and email.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
- Support of Windows and MS Office products incl. but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
- To escalate more complex service issues to the relevant next level IT personnel.
- Remote support for Setup of Desktop IP Phones
- Setups of iPad, iPhone and Android devices
- Ability to do remote support (Tools will be provided)
- Outstanding Client Service Skills
