Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement accounting processes and solutions based on local compliance requirements and business operations.
• Perform regular accounting, reporting, and analysis aligned with local standards and tax regulations.
• Manage the accounting and analysis of VAT, WHT, and CIT processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment and reporting in line with IFRS and local GAAP for European subsidiaries.
• Conduct routine month-end closing, reconciliations, and external compliance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits of financial statements.
• Prepare financial reports and deliver value-added analysis to stakeholders.
• Work within a highly automated accounting environment and contribute to further process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, finance partners, and external auditors.
• Promote best practices and provide guidance on accounting standards and compliance requirements across various business scenarios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or revenue; prior experience as a General Ledger Accountant is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax processes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with highly automated accounting systems; low manual-work environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to interact across diverse business scenarios.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
