Responsabilitati:

asigura serviciul de informare a vizitatorilor centrului comercial, cu privire la amplasarea spatiilor comerciale si de agrement;
aduce la cunostinta vizitatorilor informatii de interes general cu privire la restrictiile si atentionarile speciale din incinta centrului comercial;
asigura informarea vizitatorilor centrului comercial cu privire la promotiile, evenimentele si campaniile aflate in desfasurare;
acorda sprijin necesar clientilor in cazul unei reclamatii/nemultumiri a acestora referitoare la serviciile oferite de centrul comercial sau de chiriasii acestuia;
participa activ la campaniile de marketing prin realizarea de rapoarte, oferirea de cadouri, inscrieri in baza de date, etc;
receptionarea corespondentei si preluarea apelurile telefonice.
