We're growing our engineering team and looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who thrives in a product-driven, cloud-native environment.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll design and deliver features across the stack—from data-driven APIs to modern web interfaces. You'll contribute to architectural improvements, mentor peers, and help shape a platform used daily by drivers, dispatchers, and operators across Europe.

Responsabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services in Python
• Build modern UIs using frameworks like React or Angular
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to handle relational and document data
• Integrate with AWS-native services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS)
• Write unit tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate in an agile team with developers, QA, and product managers
• Review code, share knowledge, and guide junior team members

Requirements:

• 5 + years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend developer
• Proficiency in Python and REST API development (FastAPI or Django)
• Unit Testing with pytest
• Solid frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks (React / Angular)
• Strong SQL skills and production experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with MongoDB and document data models
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban)
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment
• Familiar with Linux/Unix environments and open source tools
• Ability to work independently 
• Ability to drive a project all the way from ambiguous requirements to deployment  
• Experience with software development best practices and techniques
• Willingness to partake in on-call rotations for the owned systems and deployments

Considered a plus:

• Passionate about new technologies, but wise in adopting them 
• Can do attitude, willingness to tackle uncharted territories 
• Experience in real-time data or telemetry
• DevOps exposure (CloudFormation or Terraform, Docker, EKS, ECS)
• Experience with performance tuning and data modeling
• Knowledge of telemetry protocols (MQTT, gRPC)
• Comfortable with database management (dumps, restores, query optimization)
