IT SUPPORT IN GERMAN LANGUAGE
It doesn’t look like we're living in the perfect storm these days? And during the storms you need your crew more motivated, more professional, more eager and focused to sail thru the waves!
We are looking for German speakers with the ability to maintain positive attitude, good general IT knowledge and empathic listening skills. You can join our team, either part time or full time, in accessible shifts (depending on your choice).
You need to be fluent in both German and English languages, to have knowledge of Windows and/or Linux OS, Networking basics, or Application Systems. It is very good if you already have experience using an enterprise ticketing system (SCCD/Service Now/Remedy/JIRA etc.).
Any experience in customer support is welcome!
