Opinsta is an industry-leading software developer which focuses on developing systems for many industries including rail, aviation, construction, facilities management and hospitality. It’s our sole aim to innovate the way in which these sectors manage Customer Experience and Operational Efficiency. With VC backing and key clients already on board, we are looking for tech lovers to join us as we expand our dynamic and driven team.

We believe in personal development through flexible, self-directed work and cross-functional opportunities. If you can challenge the status quo, lead people and projects and are comfortable with autonomy, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

The Development Team

Our dev team is agile and meritocratic. Everyone’s opinions are valued, we love to hear new ideas and your career progression is limited only by your talent and how quickly you can demonstrate your abilities to make an exceptional impact.

We have a fast-paced environment, changes occur daily and new ideas are always valued and considered. We love to base our decisions on evidence, reason and user testing. We are a small team so we don’t waste time writing long cumbersome documentations, but we make sure that every task is first fully understood and that everyone in the team understands what we are building and why.

We like to use the best tools available to write code. This means that sometimes we have to mix between old established methods and new revolutionary ones. Currently, this mean PHP, MySQL, VueJS, Laravel, MailGun, Git, AWS and more.

Your Role

We’re looking for a skilled Front End Developer to lead, inspire and grow alongside the development team. In this role, you will have the overview & control of our Front End architecture and Laravel framework, work with an inspirational team and implement ideas to strategically drive our front-end system to the next level.

This role comes with great options for career progression as you will work in small teams of developers on many of our systems, in a business that has a strong customer base and huge opportunities. You will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, being it one of our in-house applications or custom systems we build for our renowned customer
