Tracing and tracking all parcels with samples and documents via DHL and UPS and keeping organized in a register with date and number of tracking.
Daily cooperation and interaction with all employees and managers for a good activity and responsibility inside the company.
-Taking and transferring all phone calls to required persons or departments.
-Filling administrative documents ( Romanian/English) required by directors and managers.
-Fill in a table the documents received by post ( invoices , contracts).
-Making orders for office and water supplies, keeping the desk organized.
-Updating the database with new suppliers;
-Updating the database and our internal Software with new samples information ( codes, pictures of every sample, offer from supplier, details of materials, etc)
-Updating the database with PPT presentations with samples sent to clients.
