Why This Role Matters


As a Fleet Back Office Agent, you ensure Goodyear’s fleet operations run efficiently by maintaining accurate data, billing, and contracts. Your work supports smooth operations, compliance, and excellent service across multiple markets.


What You’ll Do


  • Manage and validate fleet, customer, vendor, and contract data.
  • Set up contracts, billing, and SAP configurations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and resolve queries.
  • Administer mileage billing, vendor setup, and SAP activations.
  • Verify invoices, pricing, and prepare operational reports.
  • Conduct system testing and maintain configurations.
  • Support training, guidance, and continuous process improvements.


What You’ll Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in support, customer service, or help desk roles; SAP and Excel experience strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Fleet Back Office Agent or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organized, diligent, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently with strong initiative.
