We are providers of E-commerce websites integrated with ERP back-end systems, marketplaces ( Amazon, eBay, Emag, Cel, Okazii, etc), Warehouse Management Systems, etc.
The successful candidate will be on the front line of our support team, interacting with our customers and providing appropriate assistance as needed.
Provide support via phone, email and ticketing system
Support new customers throughout the implementation of our platform; assist with launching their websites (set-up, content management, bulk data import via Excel and XML documents, etc); deliver training to customers when needed
Ongoing support for the existing customer base
Liaise with our software development team in resolving any platform issues
Ability to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks, even within changing conditions
Become a Teamshare platform expert
University graduate preferred
Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
Oriented towards helping others
Must be able to multitask, understand and troubleshoot technical related issues
Proficient in writing and speaking English
Results oriented, proactive and eager to learn
Take ownership and see problems through to resolution
