Degree: University degree in Finance
PC Skills: Excellent knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
Foreign Languages and level: English: Fluent
Good knowledge of Romanian Accounting standards
Approx At least 5 years working experience as Financial Controller/ Analyst. Previous working experience in Construction will be considered as asset

Steer the company towards growth, optimal performance and sustained long term profitability, in line with Aktor’s objectives and values. Provide all the management reports and analysis on time and with accuracy, to the Head of Finance and Accounts and the senior management team. Highlight the risks and the opportunities versus the estimated projections and budget.
Securing that the business steering process works well in all sites and that the organisation is working towards upon agreed goals
Leading the preparation and correct representation of all financial related reports
Producing and following up the feasibility, activity studies and the financial evaluation of the expected income from the projects and act upon securing them
Structuring and updating the routines and procedures implemented in and for budgeting, reporting & investment (both for the HO and the sites)
Driving towards the achievement of the profit goals set by the Senior management team in coordination with the Sites.
Participating in the configuration of the cost minimization of all activities
Support and liaise with all the relevant parties in the company in order to secure the flow of the information and the implementation of the company’s policies
Propose efficiencies and automations in reporting both for the HO and sites needs.
Follow up on Guarantees and Insurances renewals as per the contractual obligation of the company
Prepare the Group Reporting Packs
Support the process of Accruals and accuracy per cost center / site in SAP
