Requirements:

  • Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electronics, materials, industrial engineering, or other related majors;
  • Work Experience: Over 8 years of quality management experience in automotive manufacturing industry, including more than 3 years in a similar managerial position;
  • Professional Skills:
    • Proficient in quality management systems such as IATF 16949;
    • Skilled in the five core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and commonly used quality problem analysis tools (8D, 5Why, Fishbone Diagram);
    • Possesses excellent data analysis and logical thinking abilities;
  • Comprehensive Qualities: Excellent communication and coordination skills, stress resistance, and team spirit; strong problem-solving orientation;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Previous experience in management position constitutes an advantage;
  • Organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Quality Coordination: Act as the main contact for customer quality, handle customer complaints, audits, and special requirements, and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Customer Complaint Handling Closed-Loop: Lead the handling process for customer complaints, organize cross-departmental teams for root cause analysis, develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/8D reports), and track and verify the effectiveness of measures to ensure issues are fully resolved.
    • Customer Audit Response: Responsible for receiving on-site audits from customers or third-party organizations, coordinating internal resources to prepare materials, and developing and implementing corrective plans for non-conformities.
    • Customer Relationship Maintenance: Monitor customer portal, Communicate regularly with customers about quality performance (such as PPM, return rates, response times), collect customer feedback, identify potential risks, and maintain good cooperative relationships.
    • New Project Quality Planning: Participate in quality planning during the new product development phase, assist in the submission of APQP and PPAP documents, and ensure that quality standards are consistent with customer requirements before mass production.
  • Process Quality Control: Monitor the entire production process, prevent mass defects, and reduce internal quality losses.
    • Process Monitoring and Standardization: Develop and improve production process inspection standards (SIP), and control plans. Supervise the production line to strictly follow process discipline and inspection specifications.
    • Abnormality Handling and Nonconforming Product Control: Respond quickly to quality abnormalities in the production process, organize the review, isolation, and handling of nonconforming products (rework, scrap, or special approval), and prevent defective products from entering the next process or being shipped.
    • Key Process Control: Identify critical quality control points (CTQ), implement SPC statistical process control, monitor process capability indices (Cpk/Ppk), and ensure the process is stable and under control.
    • Change Management: Strictly control changes in man, machine, material, method, and environment (4M1E), assess the quality risks brought by changes, and ensure the consistency of product quality after changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead quality improvement projects, use quality tools to analyze root causes, and drive the implementation of preventive measures.
    • Quality Data Statistics and Analysis: Regularly summarize and analyze internal and external quality data (such as first-pass yield, scrap rate, customer complaint rate, quality cost COQ), and prepare monthly/quarterly quality reports to provide data support for management decision-making.
    • Quality Improvement Project Promotion: Lead or participate in Six Sigma, QCC, and other quality improvement activities, conduct special problem-solving for high-frequency or major quality issues, and reduce quality losses.
    • Lessons Learned: Establish a database of quality issue cases, extrapolate historical problems to other similar products or production lines, and prevent recurring issues.
  • Team Management and Training
    • Team Building: Responsible for the daily management, performance evaluation, and career development planning of team members such as quality engineers (CQE/PQE) and inspectors.
    • Skill Training: Develop and implement quality training programs, including training on quality awareness, inspection skills, and the application of quality tools (such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA), to enhance the team's professional capabilities.
    • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate work relationships with R&D, procurement, production, sales, and other departments to promote the achievement of quality objectives throughout the company.
