We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Responsible to oversee and manage all facility-related operations at our automotive production or service site. This role ensures the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the facility, including building maintenance, safety compliance, utilities, and support services.

As a key member of our operations team, you will coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to maintain high standards across the site, supporting production and service delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

-         Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, utilities, cleaning, and security.

-         Monitor and maintain HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.

-         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

-         Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

-         Collaborate with production and service teams to minimize operational disruptions.

-         Oversee facility projects such as renovations, expansions, or equipment installations.

-         Manage vendor contracts, procurement of facility-related services, and cost control.

-         Maintain documentation, inspection logs, and reporting systems.

-         Respond to facility emergencies and develop contingency plans.

Requirements:

-         Proven experience in facility management, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

-         Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (preferred).

-         Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations.

-         Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.

-         Ability to manage budgets, projects, and multiple priorities.

-         Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
