PCM's services include engineering, installation, maintenance, co-development, consulting, training, spare parts supply, repairs and upgrades as well as testing, installation and service optimization.

We are recruiting for the company Pcm France :Systems Sales Engineer : Develop the system business following the company strategy within an Area

Sales Engineer/Sales Representative : Develop the Pumps, Parts, Service and System business following the company strategy within a region

Develop direct sales (OEM, Key accounts, Users, Engineering…)Actively visit customers in the region and update CRM datasMaintain and improve high level of service to the customer (prompt and proficient answers)

Understand, implement, and manage marketing and sales develpment plans in the region Prospect new customers and new marketsActively contribute to Service and spare parts sales

Follow-up offers in the region for all activities of PCMMonitor and supervise all contracts and operations in the region for all the activities of PCMPrepare and participate in promotional activities (exhibition, Lunch&learns, seminars…)

Regularly follow-up receivables/pending payments and chase potential overdue. Analyse and report risks associated to a project (technical, commercial, finance, legals…) Select, configure the relevant equipement

Prepare, review and submit technical offers for pumps and basic systemsReview Sales contract and place orders in the CRM

Collate information and provide the Sales Monthly bulletin to Management and Marketing

Locate, educate and motivate sales channels within the region

Strong ability to create relationship, Analytical skills

Reactive to customer demand,Rigorous & organized

Autonomy and agility to set-up a new business from little Ideally, knowledge of Pump or Food & Industry environment or  Surface Transfer pumps in Oil & Gas
